Women are expected to seek permission for their very personal decision; Even for the things like what they should wear. I, being a daughter-in-law (Bindnee) myself, know that it is even more so if you are married. Married women in Indian society are expected to dress in a certain way.

For me, art has always been about liberation of the soul. So when I planned to start a fashion brand. It has to be about my liberation and that lies in the empowerment of the fellow women.
